These terms apply to your use of PokéCrown (pokecrown.io), a fan-made website run by an individual (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use PokéCrown

You must be at least 13 years old to use PokéCrown. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.

2. Your account

• Use one account per person, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Fair play

The leaderboards only mean something if every vote comes from a real person. You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, macros or any automated tool to vote or to use the site;
• create multiple accounts, or coordinate with others, to push a Pokémon up or down the rankings;
• get around rate limits, bot checks or other protections;
• attack, overload, scrape or try to break into the site or its database;
• use the site for anything illegal or to harm other people.

We may remove votes, reset progress, or suspend or delete accounts that we believe break these rules, with or without notice.

4. Your votes

Your votes are combined with everyone else's to build the public leaderboards and statistics. You give us permission to store your votes and to use and publish them in combined, anonymous form, including after your account is deleted. We never publish votes linked to your name or email.

5. Pokémon and other intellectual property

PokéCrown is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon, Pokémon character names and related images are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners and are used here for fan, non-commercial purposes. Sprite images come from the community PokeAPI sprites collection.

The site's own design and code belong to us. Please don't copy the site or present it as your own.

If you own rights in something on the site and believe it is used improperly, contact us at sales@damagecounter.shop and we will respond promptly.

6. The site is provided “as is”

PokéCrown is a free fan project. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that your progress will never be lost. We may change, pause or shut down any part of the site at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of PokéCrown. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$50.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using PokéCrown at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 4 to 7 and 10 continue to apply after your access ends.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant we will make it clear on the site. Continuing to use PokéCrown after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
